Dear friends in Taiwan, we are starting a four-city, five-day tour across the island! We are going to visit Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, and Tainan from March 6 to 10. We are looking forward to meeting up with our friends, existing and new, as we prepare for our full-scale landing in Taiwan!
TYPICA officially launched our service in Taiwan in October 2021. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic and limited in-person interactions, we have remained committed to our mission of bringing unique coffees to Taiwanese roasters. With our strong focus on digital communication, we have continued to build strong relationships and forge ahead towards our goals.
As our platform has grown with more and more Taiwanese roasters joining us, we’re excited to announce the opening of our new office in Taipei this July. We’re also thrilled to be participating in the Taiwan International Coffee Show in the city this November. To celebrate the start of this new chapter, we’ll be embarking on a multi-city tour to connect with our friends in Taiwan. Our tour will visit roasteries that have already joined our community!
Our stops will be: VWI CHADWANG in Taipei on March 6; Coffee Stopover in Taichung on March 7; Cupping Spoon in Tainan on March 8; Coffee Bullet in Kaohsiung on March 9.
At each venue, we will be hosting presentations and cupping sessions before returning to Taipei on March 10. Come say hi to Masa and our Taiwan Team! The events will be open to anyone, platform user or not. If you’re interested, feel free to contact us for more information.
Some Japanese roasters are also expected to be joining us for these sessions.
We hope this tour will allow us to connect with more members of the Taiwanese coffee community and continue to grow together.
